Who We Are
Ariantra is a product of Ariantra AI Foundry Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. We run a game-building bootcamp for kids aged 8–14, where children build their own games using AI — guided by trained mentors.
When these terms say "Ariantra", "we", "us", or "our", we mean Ariantra AI Foundry Private Limited.
The Service
Ariantra provides:
- One-on-one online mentored sessions where kids build games using AI
- A platform to save, view, and share games built during sessions
- Session notes and progress summaries shared with parents after each session
Sessions are conducted online via video call. The first session is free with no commitment required.
Eligibility & Parental Consent
Our service is designed for children aged 8 to 14 years. By booking a session, the parent or legal guardian confirms that:
- They are the parent or legal guardian of the child enrolling
- They consent to the child participating in Ariantra sessions
- They have read and agree to these terms on behalf of the child
- They will ensure the child has a suitable environment and device for sessions
Children cannot enter into contracts. All agreements under these terms are between Ariantra and the parent or legal guardian.
Sessions, Booking & Payment
Sessions are booked via WhatsApp or the Ariantra platform. Each session is:
- 45–60 minutes, conducted fully online, one-on-one
- Scheduled at a mutually agreed time between the mentor and parent
- Paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
Payment is accepted via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Session fees are communicated at the time of booking and may be revised with 30 days notice to existing students.
The first session is free of charge. No payment information is required to book the free session.
Cancellation & Refunds
If Ariantra cancels a session: A full credit or cash refund will be provided within 14 days. No penalty to the parent.
If a parent cancels a session: Credit or rescheduling is offered at Ariantra's discretion, depending on notice given. We aim to be fair and handle each situation individually.
If a parent discontinues with unused prepaid sessions: A refund of the unused amount will be processed within 30 days of a written request, less an administrative fee of 10%.

Game Ownership & Intellectual Property
This section is important. Please read it carefully.
Ownership Summary
- All games and code built on the Ariantra platform are owned by Ariantra AI Foundry Private Limited
- Ariantra may publish, modify, distribute, and monetize any game built during sessions — on any platform, in any form, at its sole discretion — without requiring further consent from the parent or child
- Game concepts and ideas may be shared with and developed by other Ariantra students as part of the learning programme
- Ariantra operates a Creator Revenue Programme — when a game generates commercial revenue, Ariantra will proactively share a percentage with the student's parent. The applicable percentage is determined by Ariantra and communicated at the time of first payment
By enrolling in Ariantra sessions, the parent acknowledges and agrees that all games built during sessions are the intellectual property of Ariantra AI Foundry Private Limited.
Ariantra is committed to approaching revenue sharing fairly and transparently when it becomes relevant.
Content Standards
All games built on the Ariantra platform must be appropriate for children aged 8–14. The following are not permitted:
- Violence, gore, or graphic content
- Content that discriminates by religion, caste, gender, or ethnicity
- Adult or sexually explicit content of any kind
- Content that demeans, bullies, or targets any individual
- Games designed to collect personal information from players
Mentors are responsible for ensuring sessions stay within these standards. Ariantra reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
Privacy & Data
We collect and use personal data — including the parent's contact details, the child's first name and age, session records, and games built during sessions — strictly to deliver our service.
Our data practices, your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the third-party services we use, and how long we retain data are all set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
By enrolling your child, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Ariantra provides sessions and a platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes — results depend on the child's engagement, consistency, and effort.
Ariantra is not liable for:
- Technical issues on the parent's or child's device or internet connection
- Third-party services used during sessions (Google Meet, Gemini, etc.)
- Games that are shared externally by the parent or child
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our service
Our total liability in any situation is limited to the amount paid for sessions in the preceding 30 days.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do:
- The updated date at the top of this page will change
- For material changes, we will notify enrolled parents via WhatsApp at least 14 days before the change takes effect
- Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms
